1. The service
SolarXList provides an online directory of solar, PV and energy-storage companies, plus optional membership and data services. We strive for accuracy but provide listings “as is” and do not guarantee completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.
2. Acceptable use
You may browse and search the directory for legitimate business purposes. You may not scrape, bulk-download or resell our data without a license, send unsolicited bulk messages to listed contacts, or misrepresent your identity when claiming a listing.
3. Listings & claims
Companies may claim and correct their listing, or request removal via Remove my listing. We verify claims and removal requests before actioning them.
4. Membership
Paid memberships are billed per the plan selected on the Membership page. Benefits such as ranking and badges are subject to our verification and quality rules; a Verified badge requires a passing verification record.
5. Liability
SolarXList is not liable for business decisions made using directory data, or for the conduct of any company listed. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the service.
